Delivery of Prysmian Cable Layer Monna Lisa

Seelution provided electrical engineering services for the cable layer Monna Lisa, built for Prysmian on behalf of Vard.
With a length of 171 meters and a beam of 34 meters, the vessel features a high-voltage switchboard and advanced DP3 capabilities — making her a complex and state-of-the-art ship.

We thank Vard for the opportunity to contribute to this remarkable project and wish the vessel and her crew all the best.

Vard D&E visiting Seelution in Rijeka

Representatives from the Vard D&E Electrical department were in Rijeka, Croatia last week. They visited us at our office and spent a few days with our team.

Delivery of NCT Cable Layer Freja

Seelution provided electrical engineering services for the cable layer Freja, delivered to NCT Offshore A/S on behalf of Vard.

We thank Vard for entrusting us with this project, and we wish the vessel and its crew fair winds and safe sailing.

Delivery of IT Infinity – Converted to a Cable Layer

Seelution provided electrical engineering services for the IT Infinity conversion project on behalf of Vard.
Originally built as a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) in 2008, the vessel has now been transformed into a modern, high-performance Cable-Laying Vessel.

We thank Vard for the opportunity to contribute to this project and wish the vessel and its crew safe voyages and continued success.

Seelution visits NOSTEC

In cooperation with NOSTEC, Seelution contributed to the electrical engineering and on-site testing of their state-of-the-art megawatt charger for marine vessels.

The testing process involved a range of advanced techniques to ensure the system meets the highest standards of safety and reliability — delivering robust, future-ready infrastructure for green marine energy.

Successful Site Visit at Vard Brăila Shipyard

Last week, two of our team members, Tone B. Mortensen and Kåre Johan, had an excellent visit to Vard’s shipyard in Brăila, Romania.
It was a pleasure meeting the local team to strengthen cooperation and team spirit. We look forward to working together again soon.

Successful Upgrade Delivered on Norside Cetus SOV

Congratulations to both Fjellstrand and Seaonics on the successful upgrade of the Norside Cetus SOV.
Seaonics delivered their ECMC 3D Crane, while Seelution provided electrical engineering and system integration services to Fjellstrand for this project.
