Seelution Croatia team visits Norway

In the late hours of Sunday, May 25, the Seelution Croatia team gathered and began their journey to Norway. Departing from Venice, they flew via Amsterdam to Vigra Airport, near Ålesund. From there, on Monday evening, the team made their way to a beautiful seaside house that served as their base for the week.

On Tuesday, the team visited Vard Design & Engineering in Ålesund. It was a valuable opportunity to meet in person with their Norwegian colleagues, with whom they had long collaborated remotely. The visit included a tour of the offices and several key meetings aimed at enhancing ongoing and future projects.

Wednesday brought a trip to Brattvåg, where the team visited the shipyard and toured the NB_966 vessel.Later that day, they headed to Vard Electro in Tennfjord, where they experienced the impressive SeaQ Integrated Bridge Simulator and toured the entire Vard Electro facility.

On Thursday, the Seelution Croatia team met with their counterparts from Seelution AS Norway in Fosnavåg for a relaxed and friendly afternoon gathering at the seaside house—an informal teambuilding event that strengthened the personal and professional bonds between the teams.

Friday was a well-deserved free day, during which the Croatia team enjoyed the scenic surroundings and comforts of the seaside house in Åheim. Saturday was also a free day, spent in Ålesund. The team stayed at Hotel Noreg and took time to explore the city, enjoying its charming streets, local sights, and vibrant coastal atmosphere.

On the morning of Sunday, June 1, the journey back to Croatia began, with flights from Vigra to Amsterdam to Venice. By Sunday evening, the team was safely back home in Rijeka.

This visit not only deepened cross-border collaboration but also reinforced the shared values and vision that drive the Seelution teams forward.

Seelution at RITEH Job.Fair 2025

We were excited to represent Seelution at this year’s RITEH Job.Fair. Events like this provide a great opportunity for students and companies to connect, exchange ideas, and explore new possibilities together.

It was truly inspiring to meet so many motivated students eager to contribute their skills. At the same time, we enjoyed sharing more about who we are — our company, our culture, and the career paths we offer — as we search for future team members.
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by and took the time to speak with us. Your interest means a lot and motivates us to keep fostering strong connections and creating meaningful opportunities.

We look forward to staying in touch and welcoming new talent to our team.
